Every week, we meet for a 60 min slow flow yoga class attuned to all abilities, where we'll build up to a peak balancing/strength-building pose

What to expect in our welcoming, open-hearted, judgement-free community?

Expect weekly slow-flow yoga classes that build resilience, strength & flexibility in both your body and your mind

Expect to learn practices and philosophies that help cultivate more presence, peace & acceptance in your inner and outer life

Expect to feel empowered & appreciative of the body you're in

Expect an holistic practice of yoga with focus not just on the physical body, but the subtle bodies as well: the energy, emotional, spiritual and mental bodies.

60 min class sequence will go something like this:

a brief check-in & intention setting
seated pranayama practice
a mantra or affirmation
a mudra/s (hand gesture)
physical yoga sequence
constructive rest

Wednesdays 11am-12pm and if you can't make it, you can watch the recordings and do the yoga practice in your own time from anywhere.
